Prescott City Vision Questionnaire
In your next city utility bill, you will find an important questionnaire asking for your thoughts about the future of the city. Please return it to City Hall. We do not need your name just your thoughts and ideas. If you have several in your family that would like to complete the questionnaire, you can download the Prescott Citizen Survey (pdf), complete it and return it to City Hall, or you can complete the survey online.

This questionnaire allows anyone in the community to participate in the visioning process. You can print out copies or fill it out on-line. You may have friends that do not have Internet access but have thoughts they would like considered. Print out a copy for them.
This is an opportunity for true citizen engagement with the governmental process. As participation increases, the viewpoints and quality of this effort increase. Your thoughts and ideas are important. As your Prescott Mayor, I urge you to consider participation and I also urge you to get your friends and neighbors involved.
