Would be great if we enacted conservation ordinances (per Chino Valley proposals)and programs on a regional basis to save water now to reach safe yield and hold the Big Chino water in reserve for draught periods. Investigate rainwater harvesting, and recharge of precipitation opportunities. Cooperate regionally and emphasize meeting Chino Valley and Prescott Valley water needs for economic growth(provided they adopt stringent water savings measures). Let’s shoot for 85-90 GPCPD PAMA wide.
